Sustainable Living Made Simple

At Laurel & Olive, we share the real benefits of energy-efficient design with the people who live here. Features that were chosen to perform, not to be performative.

OUR APPROACH

Laurel & Olive

Every detail counts.

Building better doesn't require compromise. Laurel & Olive prove that sustainable design can deliver comfort, affordability, and environmental responsibility — all at once.

We didn't build these apartments to check boxes. We built them to perform. That means lower energy bills, more comfortable living spaces with less noise, and a smaller environmental footprint. The kind of difference you notice every month.

293+ MWh of Solar Power Generated

Combined lifetime solar production from both buildings offsets energy costs and reduces environmental impact for all residents

Features that work harder.

Form meets function.

Great design isn't just about aesthetics — it's about making daily life easier. Laurel & Olive feature thoughtful layouts, abundant natural light, and quality finishes that look good and last.

DESIGN FEATURES

Laurel & Olive

Modern Interiors Clean lines, quality materials, and layouts designed for how people actually live today. An industrial aesthetic is the throughline for both buildings, with dark tones and red brick on display at Laurel, while a bright and airy tone defines the Olive design.

Abundant Natural Light Large windows and smart orientation maximize natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting during the day.

Durable Finishes We chose materials built to last, reducing waste and maintenance over time.

Community Spaces The glass-enclosed fitness center is a one-of-a-kind space to stay active – open to residents of both buildings. The courtyard at Olive fosters a sense of community, without feeling forced.
