  • Unlike apartments that charge premium rents for "green" features, we share the actual benefits of efficient design with residents. Every system — from insulation to appliances — was chosen for performance, which means lower monthly utility bills and more comfortable living spaces.

  • Application fee: $50

    Deposit: $500/studio and 1-bedroom; $1000/2-bedroom

    One-time administrative fee: $250, due upon signing your lease

    Pet fee: $50/month pet rent, per dog and cat. Non-refundable pet fee of $250 per animal. 

    Electric: based upon usage.

    Water, sewer, trash: based upon occupancy.

    Gas: based upon unit square footage.

    High-Speed Internet: $65/month

  • Currently, Laurel & Olive offer 12- to 18-month leases. Looking for a different length? Reach out to our leasing team for more options!

  • Yes, we gladly accept dogs and cats at both properties. There’s a $50/month pet rent, per dog and cat. There’s also a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per animal.

  • Yes, we have limited off-street parking options on-site at Olive, but most of our residents prefer the ample (and free!) street parking in front of both properties.

  • Both buildings include high-performance insulation and air sealing, energy-efficient HVAC systems and water heaters, on-site solar panels, LED lighting throughout, Energy Star appliances, low-flow water fixtures, and low-VOC materials for better indoor air quality.   • Savings vary by unit size and usage, but our energy-efficient building envelope, solar panels, and high-performance mechanicals typically result in lower heating, cooling, and electric bills compared to standard Minneapolis apartments.
